A Voice for Nature film production for the Natural History Museum, London.

The Fixing Our Broken Planet film installation was produced for the Natural History Museum by Voice for Nature — it explores sustainable and impactful solutions for healing our planet. The film introduces us to a wide range of communities and individuals who are taking action to implement positive solutions. This installation also highlights the inextricable interconnectedness of humans and Nature across the globe, and celebrates the positive impact of collective action.

The video installation is part of a permanent exhibition at the Natural History Museum — it can be found in the Fixing Our Broken Planet Gallery that offers free access to the public.

Delving into themes of food, health, energy, and materials, the Fixing Our Broken Planet Gallery invites visitors to learn about our impact on the natural world, whilst exploring the opportunities we have to save it.

DELIVERY OVERVIEW

Voice for Nature led creative and production of the Fixing Our Broken Planet short film, created specifically for the Natural History Museum’s permanent gallery and exhibition of the same name.

The 12 min silent film was supplied at 3x HD [48:9]. This unique film installation was realised on a multi-panelled film triptych that juxtaposes world realities within key themes. It weaves together threads from our extensive network: visuals from organisations and independent filmmakers across the globe.

Working closely with Natural History Museum throughout, Voice for Nature delivered this creative response to the key challenges our planet faces, and the science-backed, hopeful opportunities of our times.

The Fixing Our Broken Planet Gallery permanent exhibition has been open, providing free access to public, since 3 April 2025.
